Kroger to Close Illinois Delivery Site and Layoff 72 Workers
Kroger will close its delivery hub in Maywood, Illinois, laying off 72 workers. The company laid off 71 Maywood employees in February. Illinois workNet advised affected workers that they may qualify for free career services and training through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Dislocated Worker Program.
